Lunch is served from 12 noon until 2.30pm
Dinner is from 6.30pm until 9pm (7pm until 10pm Fridays and Saturdays)

Duck breast
Duck & orange parfait, baby beetroot & gnocchi salad, passion fruit.

Stuffed plaice
Smoked salmon & herb, broccoli & almond cous cous, dill vinaigrette.

Gilt head bream
Crab & herb pomme dauphine, English asparagus, tomato and caper dressing.

Pea & broad bean fricasse
Jersey royals, soft poached duck egg, gremolata brioche crumbs, toasted pinenuts.

Cornish wild garlic yarg
Wrapped in handpicked wild garlic leaves, wonderfully moist with hints of wild garlic. Pasteurised & Vegetarian

Smoked Lincolnshire poacher
Produced on the Edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds by dairy farmers Simon & Tim Jones. It is matured for 18-22 months before being smoked over oak chips for roughly 12 hours, giving this cheese a rich smoky aroma & flavour. Unpasteurised

Beauvale
Made by Cropwell Bishop creamery from milk from the Peak District. This handmade cheese has a soft gooey texture & mellow flavour, which is sweet & spicy and framed by a lovely underlying earthiness. Pasteurised

Tunworth
Camembert style cheese made in Hampshire. Soft mould ripened cheese with sweet flavours. Pasteurised

Oxford Isis
Made in Oxfordshire, this cheese is washed in local mead and has a velvety consistency and a pungent, floral flavour. Pasteurised & Vegetarian

Barwheys hard Ayrshire cheese
an award-winning made by hand, bandaged in traditional cotton cheesecloth and carefully aged on wooden shelves for between twelve and eighteen months. unpasteurised
