Lunch is served from 12 noon until 2.30pm
Dinner is from 6.30pm until 9pm (7pm until 10pm Fridays and Saturdays)

Mustard & thyme marinated beef carpaccio
Burnt onion puree, blue cheese mousse.

Twice baked smoked haddock soufflé
Thermidor sauce, creamed spinach, fennel seed.

Rump of lamb

Pan fried salmon
Wild mushrooms, puy lentils, braised fennel, fennel cream.

Smoked artichoke & white beans, sautéed kale, red wine reduction, roasted garlic dust.

Award-winning West Country Farmhouse cheddar has a nutty, tangy flavour, aged for up to 3 months in Wookey Hole Caves, Somerset. Pasteurised

Isle of Wight blue
Hand-made & is a naturally rinded soft blue cheese, made with pasteurised Guernsey cows’ milk, Pasteurised & Vegetarian

Stanage Millstone
Made under a mile from the George Hotel, at Cow Close Farm. The millstone shaped cheese is brie like in appearance, a soft bloomy rind encases a buttery texture and smooth rich flavour. The cheese is made from Hathersage milk. Vegetarian.

Driftwood ashed goats cheese
Mild citrus flavour, with a silky smooth texture and is formed into an exquisite ash coated log. Pasteurised Vegetarian

Barwheys hard Ayrshire cheese
an award-winning made by hand, bandaged in traditional cotton cheesecloth and carefully aged on wooden shelves for between twelve and eighteen months. unpasteurised
