Wrapped in handpicked wild garlic leaves, wonderfully moist with hints of wild garlic. Pasteurised & Vegetarian
Smoked Lincolnshire poacher
Produced on the Edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds by dairy farmers Simon & Tim Jones. It is matured for 18-22 months before being smoked over oak chips for roughly 12 hours, giving this cheese a rich smoky aroma & flavour. Unpasteurised
Made by Cropwell Bishop creamery from milk from the Peak District. This handmade cheese has a soft gooey texture & mellow flavour, which is sweet & spicy and framed by a lovely underlying earthiness. Pasteurised
Camembert style cheese made in Hampshire. Soft mould ripened cheese with sweet flavours. Pasteurised
Made in Oxfordshire, this cheese is washed in local mead and has a velvety consistency and a pungent, floral flavour. Pasteurised & Vegetarian
